Bhanwar Singh Palace - Resort hotel in Pushkar, Hokaran - Ajmer, India

It was a wonderful stay and the property gives you a great experience of Royalty and Heritage with luxury. The property has really wonderful views all around. The swimming pool and game room are really well maintained. The most special thing I would like to mention is their team. They are always happy, smiling and helpful to the guests. It was great interacting with the staff in different departments.

We booked our rooms (all meals package) through them directly. We were not informed once that the Wi-Fi is not working, whereas it was mentioned in their amenities. I had to miss my important meetings because of it and check out immediately. Also, they did not refund the advance amount even when it was their fault. While leaving the hotel, they had taken our account details and said that the amount will be refunded in a few days. Now after a month, they say that they can't refund the amount because we had lunch there. If this was the case, they should have never agreed to refund in the first place. Also, now they are saying that my father agreed that the amount will not be refunded, which was never the case. Also, for a property who cuts advance amount without informing for lunch, the lunch also lacked variety. For a buffet, it only contained Indian food without any starters/other cuisines. It was a huge hassle for us to switch hotels on instant basis. Plus such harassment, even after a month, for such a small amount is completely uninvited. While the property may be okay, but hiding from customers about amenities plus lying to them about refunds, is highly disappointing and petty. Overall, if you're expecting customer service, Rajasthan famous hospitality, you should avoid visiting this place.

I stayed for 3 nights with family. The property is very good from outside. The exteriors are all well looked after. My daughter liked the pool a lot. The rooms, however, require quite a lot of maintenance. The rooms are showing signs of age. Electrical and electronic appliances do not work to the best. There was a lot of issue with wifi. Staff is friendly. Food is decent.

Bhanwar Singh Palace at Pushkar is a nice place to stay and enjoy the weekend but it is somewhat in outskirts of Pushkar. The view from here are amazing, you can capture instagram worthy pictures everywhere at this place. Service: We were a group of 20+ persons but the staff handled that OK I would say not great not bad, just neutral. Rooms: Were great if not the best, only thing that was disappointing was the Landline service was not working and when told at reception the reply was that IT team will take care but it was not resolved. But we didn't utilized that so nothing to complain. Food service: We had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and I liked the options they provided but not the food. I would say 6/10 but was expecting a little better.

A good property in natural surroundings and good ambience. Room service is minimal. Food is tolerable but very spicy.
