Very good location. Its very easy access from tirumala, rooms are enough good for this price. BUT DON'T GIVE MONEY TO Service person for room service like food and anything. He will ask huge amount and will not return balence. I paid 600 rs for 5 chapati. And tips 100rs. Finaly the average rooms in good location with Very Poor service person.
Air conditioner Water leakage, rainwater enter via window, no toilet soap shampoo no towels no intercom connection, no Restaurant service, no television dth connection, room service person stolen my stuff(Amruthanzon strong) at reception while checkout when I moved to car. He kept one of my bag and he didn't gave to my until I asked it. Please don't ask or get help from them. They will cheat you when you not look at your stuffs. Take care of your bags and belongings My kid was not well and I couldn't find a medical shop nearby/around 14km. Please carry emergency and basic medical kit always

Rooms are good and this place is newly renovated. Non AC Rooms are available from Rs. 800 and rooms were clean. Worth the money and it has restaurant and ATM nearby. It is located near to the downhill of tirupathi and It has good connectivity.
North Indian this location is not good because no Resorts for eating food nd if have then too much costly ... (Book Everything before Coming To Tirupati beacuse all Hotel in Tirupati are asking too much money if they get to know its an emergency for them).
