Worst build quality in terms of everything. After staying for 10 days and we are facing problems from swimming pool ,owner of building (Bhandary builders heights)didn't respond to our complaint about private swimming pool leakage . We were busy in day to day work and we didn't notice before staying in the flat . Customers don't trust what they promise. The 1,000 square feet balcony is so poorly made . The photos are from 8,000sqft pent house .

Laxmi bhandar payment is Very bad. and construction also poor. He will not give supplier payment. I have supplied wooden flooring for bhandari heights project. but still payment balance 10lakh. Please supplier be careful with Laxmi bhandari. Firt take payment and supply materials.
First and foremost reason to look for an apartment building is comfortable and spacious living quarters. The amenities are all secondary. If we go with this agreement then this place fails miserably. Yes, the accessibility to the road is excellent. The amenities may be top class. The club house, the terrace swimming pool, the helipad (if you're planning to be airlifted), and so forth, all great! However the living quarters--absolutely cramped (at least the 2bhk). Just put in a sofa or couch and a TV stand, and there will be no space to move around in the living area. The bed rooms are also small cabins; place a king size cot and a wardrobe, and only snakes can move around freely. Also, the final finishing of the apartments is surprisingly poor considering the hype and facade. And for that, they quote premium prices, citing all the fantastic amenities and the common area facilities. But as I stated at the beginning of this review, those are secondary; primarily looking for good living spaces.
Hi Flat Association team here i have visited this flat on 29/06/2022 at 10:40 PM. I liked the flat design and interior works an all except the security guard. His behaviour when i visited there was very rude and disrespectful. so i am requesting respected association team members to appoint a well mannered guy for this position. Thank you
One of the newly built luxury apartment turns out to be new skyscraper of mangalore city. Its located in very centre of the city which gives easy accessibility to all the amenities needed and also easy for transportation though its situated beside nh 17 highway.
