If your health is your priority then avoid visiting this hospital. Worst experience with the staff and Poor quality. Staff and services don't deserve even 1 star. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this hospital that left me and my family utterly disappointed and frustrated. Not only did I receive subpar care, but the entire process ended up being a complete waste of my hard-earned money. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this hospital until they address their staff's attitude and take corrective measures to improve patient care and billing practices. This was an unfortunate lesson in how a lack of compassion and professionalism can turn what should be a healing experience into a nightmare.

We took surgery, Re TKR with mega prosthesis for our mother ! The operation was done by the expert hands of *Dr Rajeev Gupta*, very capable and confident doctor ! The staff at Bhandari Hospital was too cooperative and maintained cleanliness with regular cleaning and changing linens ! We were very comfortable there and would like to put our appreciation on record.

Wish I could rate minus 5, no surprise if they forced people to rate them 5 Stars. No coordination between staff, reckless with patients. Supremacy is their ill mannered and least interested about management - The HOD. He needs to swapped off the hospital right away along with most of the hospital staff.

Dr. Ruchi Bhandari is extremely kind. She radiates warmth and is easy to talk to. She treats her patients with great patience. A gynecologist who is both kind and nice.

Being a doctor...I just say worst hospital , substandard staff , ... hygiene leval even worst then sms hospital.. Mostly foreign graduate doctor without fmge .but same are good also but they are not available for everyone .. Sms is far better then this soo called pvt hospital...

What's even more concerning is the alleged fraudulent practices in the medical store. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the ethical standards that should be upheld in a healthcare facility. I strongly urge the hospital's management to address these issues promptly to restore trust and provide a safe and reliable healthcare environment for patients.

If doctor is not available then why 3 students are sitting there and discuss like ye medicine de dete h, nhi nhi wo list laao usme h, nhi aap wait kro 10 min hum mam se phn pr discuss krke btate h... What nonsense is happening there.... Isse acha to kisi compounder ko dikha lo wo in namuno se zyada shi bta dega, it's responsibility of doctor and hospital if u r not available then tell ur patients to come next day, rather than giving treatment by so called interns....
