No words can describe this place.... A temple is a place of blessings, where everyone comes with a positive thought creating a wave of positivity in the temple space. This helps calm our minds and absorb more positive vibrations and energy. Temple rituals are not blind traditions that are followed by droves of believers without any thought behind them.
Nice temple with views of the Chamera Lake, and shops to buy local food. Try kachalu chat if you like tangy Indian street food.
Amazing view from the temple. Only 1.5 km far from main road for dalhousie-chamba.after parking the vehicle, Some stairs need to cover or by walk way can easily reach temple
Badarkali Temple the area Called Bhalei and temple is named after the Area name Bhalei Temple. It is near to home hence we keep visiting here on every auspicious occasion. Mata Bhalei is a major tourist attraction nearby there is a boating point where you can also have a good choice of food. The temple is located on a small pinnacle not exactly a hilltop but in enough height. We keep visiting here on Navratras and even during special occasion at home. People have a lot of faith. Jai Bhadarkali Bhalei Mata , It is near to home and we keep visiting here more often Temple has vast ancient history About its making and how your wishes comes true when you visit here with all your heart. We keep visiting this Kali Temple because it is near to our House and also Kali Mata keep blessings all. Temple has unique significant of Historical views, During Navratras whoever pray in the temple with their 100% constration the Idol get sweating and Mata Bless with whatever they wish for. I have heard it when Narendra Chanchal came here and sung Bhajans throughout night one of Navratras and then the priest has to come and stop him from singing because the idol started sweating. Such a peaceful Place to be. It was again a religious visit to this beautiful sight, and Sacred Shrine of Kali Mata. Enjoyed my day with My brother and sister. Blessed with Darshan and Really peaceful environment not felt like Hustle-Bustle like Navratri or any other religious months. It was not busy at all. Journey from home was too good amid of Greenery all around and Fresh Snowy cold air but fresh. Sunshine was just failed to give warmth, it was adventure trip. At the end Jai Bhalei Mata

Bhalei Mata Temple is dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Bhadra.[1] It is located on a 3,800 feet (1,200 m) high spur in Bhalei, which is now a Sub-Tehsil headquarters. It is about 35 km from Salooni Tehsil headquarters. The temple can be approached either from Chamba or from Dalhousie and is at a distance of 40 kilometers from Chamba and 30 kilometers from Dalhousie.[2] The deity is in the front of an image of black stone of two feet height and is enshrined in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Bhadar Kali draws a large number of pilgrims from far and wide. A big havan ceremony is performed during navratras of Ashwin and Chait months
The Bhalei Mata Temple, which is 3800 feet above sea level. Dalhousie and Chamba are both 35 and 40 kilometres from this temple, respectively. The deity is called Bhadar Kali, and she is depicted as a striking black stone idol that is maintained in the temple's sanctum. Excellent destination. The temple provides a stunning view of Chamera Lake with a parking lot where automobiles can be parked, followed by a short concrete staircase lined with stores that appear to be brand-new and sell a variety of items, mostly those needed for temple worship, but also other items as well. The temple is well-kept and tidy. Must try local cucumber and Taro roots spicy chaat with lemon flavour.
Extremely good and peaceful temple. Must visit mandir.
