If you want to enjoy the waterfall then you have to go in monsoon only. Me and my friend went in November and there was no waterfall at all. We were very disappointed as we had a plan to enjoy the waterfall. You can walk further and see bhaja caves also. More further there are two forts which are beautiful to watch.
Place is nice but overcrowded during monsoon so the main problem during this season will not get parking space or obviously will get traffic jam. Be careful if you climbing because it's too slippery. Surrounding are awesome with green and mountains. This place visit will be your memorable experience in lifetime. Recommended during monsoon but not recommend in weekends because Weekends are overcrowded and you will not get that kind of enjoyment. So plan your trip wisely. So enjoy the monsoon.
During monsoon the flow at the falls is really strong and enjoyable. The altitude is also high enough to get good views ahead. It's safe to visit even with kids because there are steps to climb up the falls and towards the cave. There is paid parking lot just before the waterfall. The access road from old highway is pretty messed up, and because of random people parking on the sides it becomes jammed almost everytime! So yeah, please park your cars sensibly and enjoy
A good place, but avoid on weekends.
We visited this waterfall en route to Bhaje Caves.
We didn't go near the falls as it was too crowded and felt risky with the force of the fall.
Avoid taking the car to this place on weekends as it creates a jam, there are a couple of parking lots 200m prior to this which is suggested.
Very nice place specially in mansoon season.
If you are interested in Historical places , this is Must visit place.
If you have no interest in Historical places, still you will enjoy the scenary around.
In mansoon you can get chance to see waterfall ....
No ttrekiNg easy to go ..1.30 hr from Pune.. parking is free if u park on street.. bhaje caves is near u have to climb atleast 30 min according to ur speed.. don't throw any garbage ..save nature
Best place to get wet for all age groups. Be careful if your climbing up watch your steps because it is too slippery. Be safe and enjoy your trip.
It's a very good weekend getaway. Better than any waterfalls in lonavla. It's almost on the road so you don't have to trek to the waterfall. There's a bhaja caves beside this waterfall you can go there after this spot.
