Bhairavgarh Palace Udaipur - Resort hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

Stayed at the Bhairavgarh Palace for 2 nights with family. The rooms were amazing - clean, beautifully done, and with a commanding view of the city. The hotel is situated atop a hillock and you can see quite a bit of the city from here (No you cant see the lakes or Palaces from here, it is on the outskirts). Ample parking space and very courteous staff. It is outside the din of the city and if you enjoy your mornings outdoors, you can listen to the cheeps and chirrups of all varieties of birds in the manicured gardens outside.

I visited the place with friends for dinner. We used our membership coupons. The quantity and the quality of the food is very good. However the service was very poor due to only 1 waiter assigned to outside 5 tables and his communication skills were terrible.

Staffs are very rude, specially in restaurant. Rooms size are good and view from rooms are also satisfactory. But it is way outside from town and you will not find any taxi or public transport. Even uber will not accept your booking. Food quality is below average specially non veg.

The hotel was situated in a secluded area so not much outside noise. The pool was clean however there were no sun loungers. The staff were always on hand to help however sometimes they didn't fully understand us as we were English. The meals and drinks were very tasty and we ate here 5 meals in 3 days it was so good. The rooms were spacious and cool thanks to the air con and marble floors. The power did trip multiple times but didn't last for long. We would stay here again.

Place is situated at a very nice location. At first we face an issue while the time of check-in but after that we had amazing time during our stay. Special thanks to mr.steeve. he handled everything very politely. Such a nice person to meet if you are coming. They have good pool area and dinein and dine out area. Stay type - holiday Rooms rating - 4.0 Place rating - 5.0 Food - 5.0 Service - 5.0 Overall rating is about 4.0 for every thing.

Incredible stay and great service. The Restaurant Captain/Manager, Arvind was very helpful and even offered to show me the best places in Udaipur. And when I needed an ATM just so I had some cash, the Hotel Manager asked if I'd like a free ride into town with the very helpful bellhop on a motorcycle which was really fun. Go have a drink at night by the pool and you'll feel like royalty.

Best place for Stay, food, and to enjoy local activities. 1) location is near about to udaipur city, so it will help you to reach out any places within a few time. 2) Rooms are very giant and peaceful so it will gives you relaxation what every tourist want. 3) Food is very delicious. 4) Most important thing is about staff..... all the staff is working here is very polite and helpful.... in all that I thank full to GM Mr. STEVE and restaurant staff HEMA helped us in all kind problems.

Hi Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Frankly, it was far from a pleasant experience, and I feel compelled to bring several serious issues to your attention. First and foremost, when we arrived, we were informed that the premium rooms we had booked were unavailable. This was a major disappointment, as we had made reservations well in advance, and this is not the level of service we expected. The problems continued on the second day when we discovered that the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning, and there was a foul odor permeating the room. It was a wholly uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. To make matters worse, on the third day, we were shocked and horrified to find both a centipede and a scorpion in our room and even in the corridor. This is a grave safety concern and completely inexcusable. Furthermore, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall quality of the breakfast service. The food simply did not meet the basic standards one would expect from a hotel of your caliber. In summary, our stay at your hotel was marred by multiple significant issues, many of which were not adequately addressed during our stay. This experience has left a lasting negative impression.
