This place is very popular and known as Bhairabkunda. Here every year in the month of January the Bhairabkunda Tourism Festival is organised. The place is lovely the views are elegantly attached with the nature and its really a good place to spend sometime here. And get a fresh start up of the new year.

Every year in the month of January the bhairabkunda tourism festival is organised by bodoland tourism. It is organised to showcase the traditions of bodo community and to inhance tourism in Bhairabkunda. Bhairabkunda provides picturesque views and thousands of people flock to the bhairabkunda Picnic spots during winter time. Approximately 4 hours is required to reach bhairabkunda from Guwahati. It is the junction of Assam, Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh. Cheap beers and liquors are available from Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh.

The festival is rich and gives a platform to display local ethnic cultures. But, other programs during he festival are dull, the management needs to work on this. Also, the festival isn't well advertised, if done so, more tourists would find their way here.

A good place to visit . Only resort in bhairabkunda . A resort with very good interiors . I personally recommend this place .
