It is the best place for toys till yesterday. I have purchased many toys from here from 60 rupees to 3000 rupees. Yet, my last experience is not so customer friendly. Even at the time where honorable PM sir promoting digital india and where even vegetable marketplace has QR code scanner, shop does not provide convenient and capable online payment option. I have paid 170 rupes online for one toy on owner's provided mobile number and owner claimed he did not receieved and even after i have shown him payment done succesful message, he did not listen to me and i have to pay 170 again in cash (Online payment still not refunded). In short not customer friendy, not recommended for anyone.

I am editing my review based on recent experience. This shop has variety of toys and games however the behavior of the staff and specially the owner is very rude. I am a returning customer of this shop and have experienced it few times so writing this. If you start asking questions about product or options then staff starts loosing their mind and starts behaving rude. This is very unprofessional. If owner and staff become more polite they will get more repeating customers else this is not the only toy shop in the city. Also, the owner Should promote and support Indian toys as majority of toys are made in China.
