Non cooperative staff. Took the money in advance before allotment of room and then despite asking for hot water, towels and other services kept ignoring it. When we asked for check out immediately they still ignored and denied refund. Left the hotel with utmost dissatisfaction and no refund. Worst service ever. Greedy people.
