Very poor facilities in this hospital, doctors and her staff are good but careless, timeless mainly receptionist behaviour very bad.

Dr. Is good but the facilities are very poor, ward attendants are not well trained and versed similarly people sitting at reception behave like god, they will talk to you like they are obliging you, if a patient has booked private ward then, they will shift you by hanging on stretcher, they don't have lift facility, they way they take patient to ward is very dangerous. Staff lacks in basic etiquette. Dr. Pandey need to look on basis training of staff otherwise he will lose his repo.bcoz reception is the first place where patient and patient attendent interacts with staff and draws a impression about rest of the things.

It should also have the facility of online payment. It is not possible to pay all the money in cash at a time. A little expensive. Cleanliness is fine. Dr. Archna Tiwari Pandey is good.

If you are going to meet the doctor for routine checkup it's good alternative but if you want to admit the patient here then trust me you will be looted They will not provide any slip for bed charge on daily basis,neither they will tell you previously to pay doctor fee excluding the daily bed charge , nor they will give you drugs (medicine) slip with price mentioned in it they will try to escape many other charges and at the time of discharge of patient you will be forced to pay all the pending s .
