The receptionist is terrible, she is only interested in taking money, even when there is no doctor to see the patient. Very rude, highly im professional staff. Please don't go. You will regret.
Terrible hospital, doctors are not available for follow up as well. Absolutely useless staff.
Dr's. are not punctual even after online booking. If customer wants to drink water he has to visit on reception counter for begging the glass for drink.
Long story short, the doctors at this hospital are good and know what they're doing. They provided us the details, didn't sugarcoat anything, and ensured that we were aware of everything that was going on. I agree that some services here can use some more looking into, but overall it's a decent hospital that takes care of the patients.
One of the worst hospital in mehrauli. Suggest everyone not to go, very rude behavior of staff specially receptionist (Fatty lady) She said that she didnot invite me. Dr. Amit was also favorable to her. Overall money minded, and sit for loot our money no matter how much in pain the patients are who visit them. -10 marks.
