Very Good hospital with very good hospitality. Staff is polite. And helping. Clean and hygienic . spacious private room and all eminities like ac , fridge ,TV etc.

It was a great experience for me as i got vaccinated And the staff were so polite to me some of them were not that polite! but i noticed something that the lifts were dirty from outside that gave a bad feel to me and as govt. Said we have to follow the rules like wearing mask and following distance! But the lady which was in our room didn't said to anyone to make distance even she saw and the staff it self isn't wearing mask but the nurse i met she was so sweet i didn't feel any fear like most of the ppl get nervous...but we didn't. Thank you!

Highly disappointing experience. Got an appointment for my parents well in advance for the vaccination (covid). Despite that my 55 years old parents had to wait for approx 7 hours. What was the point of having online appointment when at the end of the day one has to sit and wait at the hospital for the whole day. Shouldn't the hospital ensure a proper procedure for this vaccination drive, I mean at the end of the day if approximately 50 people are waiting in a small room together for the vaccination without any social distancing, doesn't it defy the very purpose of this drive. ? Would not recommend anybody to visit this hospital for covid vaccination.

It was the most horrifying experience to even enter this hospital as the lady at the reception talked in the worst way possible and was absolutely shocking to be attended like that. The worst way a hospital receptionist can handle a patient's query. If this hospital is even tad bit concerned about it reputation and work culture, kindly look into the matter and hire good professionals not aunties who vent out their personal frustrations over patients.

I booked my child's vaccination and even on due date they sent us back with providing paid vaccination even when i showed them proof of booking. Also they are charging 2000 for each dose still not fulfilling their duty #arvindkejriwal #narendramodi

Very Bad Hospital No cleaning, All electrical equipment is damaged. I told to hospital authority to change light bulb of washroom of deluxe room but they didn't changed even after 3 days. Doctors have too much ego with no experience. They didn't diagnosed the problem of my patient and told that everything is fine and told that we are discharging. On very next day i have gone to another clinic of my nearby they instantly got the root cause of patients problem just seeing the USG. This hospital is just making money in the name of Lord Mahavir ji.

I took my parents for vaccination. It took us more than 2 hours running from one window to another, doing the paper work. If they had gone alone, I don't know how they would have managed. There was not a single bottle of hand sanitiser in the hospital. Ppl were asking for it but they had none to provide! This, at the time of pandemic, and during COVID vaccination!! The staff on duty only were not wearing masks!

Went there for my mother's vaccination jo management first line made then people were going randomly was raining still no help was provided. One of the other senior citizen who questioned it and voiced against it was told tujhe vaccine lgwani hai ya nahi mismanagement and no care for the person who came for vaccination
