Kindly have some more opd cash counters. You have 20 doctors on board and there are 2 people for opd, just imagine the amount of time people wait in long ques before they even visit the doctors. For those who visit frequently it is really a big pain. It becomes a big mess here. Same goes for payment counters.

I recently visited this hospital for my mother. First their mentality is to refer patient to bigger cities. Her condition was clinically very simple but still we had to go to Udaipur. They make you feel like the patient will die and they will not admit her. Completely bad management and poor nursing services. Their hospital system is very poor. I believe monkies can organize things better than the staff in the hospital. Very sad.
