Business running organization, pathetic service and response. Kid got Humeral fracture and went to see this doctor, he plastered it and assured us that it will be fixed and we don't have to worry, after multiple visits and treatment we were shocked to see the xray and when we ask about the issue doctor says don't worry it will be fine. By seeing the xray even a layman will be able to tell that the bone is not properly placed and aligned how it will be fixed without further treatment. Plaster has been removed and only supporter is provided. Even if the bone get attached do you really think it will not create any issue in future? Note: Xray is after removal of the plater.

Complete rude and non professional reception staff. Went for an appointment at 9.30am and then was asked by receptionist to bring the patient as quickly as I can(before 11am) since booking won't be done without their presence. He told that doctor would be on his way to some place and hence won't be attending patients after 12pm Took almost half an hour to come home and back to bhagwati clinic with patient and to my surprise there was a different receptionist whose behaviour was quite non professional and he said patient slots are full and there won't be any booking for that day. Is it a joke? There is no any professionalism in their behaviour and its indirectly affecting the good doctor's image and reputation. On the same date consulted Dr. Mothurendra and started the treatment

I have visited lots of time in this Orthopaedics clinik. The behaviour and reponse of Dr. Bhaskar Bhagowati sir is very good. He is always give positive reaponse to his patient. All the staff of the clinic are very cooperative with their patient and well mannered. They are given constant caring and support to all the patient. Therefore I am greatful to Bhakar bhagowati sir and his full medical team who render service to the entire people of Assam specially Jorhat district. Asking god to protect and support you all and to grant a good health for all.

This doctor does not have any knowledge. He is one of the worst doctor I have ever experienced. He loot his patience like anything. My parents met with an accident, he did wrong treatment due to which my parents have to suffer for three months. I strongly recommend every one not to visit this doctor.

Highly disappointed with quality of treatment. My wife had an elbow fracture and on recommendation of many people i decided to visit him. Had a very good impression during the first visit, the way he handled patients and punctuality was very satisfactory. Then subsequent visits were also okay, when his juniors mostly attended the patient bus no such advice/ guidance were offered. But problem started only after cast removal when we found that the elbow movement of my wife was restricted. The doctor did not comment on anything neither recommended any exercise/ physiotherapy. It was only few days later when i consulted multiple doctors in Guwahati I got to know that the plaster was casted in a wrong manner, period of cast was longer than it was required and the doctor should have recommended exerice/ physiotherapy soon after the cast was remove. Then I went to him and found his attitude totally different. I was told that he does not consult repeat patient on certain days, stuff like i need to pay consultation fees again and I have to wait if I dont pay. There was not any question of not paying but the attitude was really disappointing. This is a total personal experience and feedback after 6 months of first visit.

I think, one of the best ortho doc I have ever seen, a young energetic doctor, with a smiling face and friendly attitude healed 50%of my pain, post treatment communications were amazing, all his associates were found to be experienced and helpful. No need to go to other places, his diagonesis is praiseworthy, simply amazing.
