Bhagavath Residency - Hotel in Elavumthitta - Pathanamthitta, India

Its a terrific experience i have faced in my life.. As my experienced all the reputed and non reputed bar its a different experience.. In this bar they are deputed Goodas as bar servers from Viyyur central jail.. I think they are consider as a privileges.. Be care full.. This is worst Bar i have experienced..

I recently booked this place for my friends and relatives who had come from Mumbai to attend a function in Kerala. Hotel infra and food is good but still booking this hotel was a bad decision as the hospitality was very poor at this place . Mr. Anil from the reception was very arrogant and unprofessional. Pls if you really want to grow your hotel business pls take this feedback seriously. I'm disappointed with the kind of treatment received from the hotel

Not at all recommended. Ambience is not good. Costly food & brewers Touching is only mixture & pickle. Such a waste bar in my life. Never visit again.

Nice rooms but the service was not that much well.

Worst experience. Please don't go for dining with family. Today I visited the restaurant and there was only one staff and he was drunk like anything. He could barely stand and was not able to speak anything. I was afraid and i went to complain about the same to the manager as expected he didn't even talk to me. All in all it is very pathetic to say the least

It was a horrible experience.. i will share some photos and videos.. pls check it before taking a chance.. No water to bath, no proper lighting in the toilet even for shaving the face, no soap dish. I was forced to use bucket and mug to take a bath in a so called 4 star property, first time in my life. No service .. morning complimentary breakfast was like a comedy show. Nothing was available in the *Multi Cuisine restaurant*. Totally empty dish vessels.. Finally I got * dosa served in my room for breakfast ( will share the photos). And the manager who was sitting there in the front desk is having severe attitude issue. My simple question is, do we need to beg for water and breakfast in a brand new 4 star hotel??

Seeing this big hotel in my hometown i was quite eager to check it out. So we went for dinner to their family restaurant, i expected to see other families from Elavumthitta at the restaurant. Surprisingly there was no one else to eat that evening (now i know the reason). Anyway we ordered mutton curry & porotta. The mutton curry had way too much salt and was full of fat, bones and inedible pieces (like the meat fed to dogs) and they even charged around Rs. 340 per plate, and adding to the misery we had ordered two plates of it, We felt cheated and disappointed so called the chef to complain, who upon seeing the waste in our plate felt embarrassed and agreed that it was a mistake, but promised to give better food the next time. But i am never going to this restaurant to eat again. The management should take note of this and do the needful. Since i am a foodie i usually choose restaurants that have a bar as their food standards are usually good. That said the porotta & lime soda was good.

Very poor service in family restaurent and the waiter who served is an unbearable one, who is not fit for his service.
