Well maintained with good aesthetics.. good place to walk, relax .. swings available for children to play as well.
It well maintained, good lighting and clean just need an upgraded playing equipments for small children
A small (may be half acre area) but well maintained and land scaped garden.

It's good but exercise equipments should be replaced and should be maintained properly
