Worst Management I have ever seen on Bhagat halawai Franchise in Agra. 1. The person on billing counter shows that he has done favour on customer by taking orders, was very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. 2. There's no proper management to track your order if you have ordered more than one item. Food is very good and quality, but management....

Makers change everyday, today I took crispy spring rolls which were burnt from outside and raw from inside, whole flour layer was found uncooked! It means put in very hot oil and taken out immediately.

Love the food :) white sauce pasta,spring rolls ,pizza,shakes,dosa,chole bhature,many more things ... Just try it out...best part is its rate very nominal rates you would love it ;)

Best food in affordable price. I ordered Chilli potato, French Fries, Dosa and Chole Bhature. I liked this.

So much items to choose from but the items I ordered were pathetic in taste especially the paneer tikka , the worst I've ever had. Dosa and chole bhature were good enough to be enjoyed. Momos full of disappointment.

Its ambience is so good that you cant expect. Food quality and service are also good. But they don't have all items which are mentioned in their menu card which disappoint other wise tgis place is a good option for vegetarian and all age groups. So go there and give a delight experience to your taste buds

I am not happy with the outlet of Bhagat halwai taste was phethetic . Coconut chutney was like water . We didn't enjoyed food and panner malai tikka was not that bad . We told waiter about chutney he said no one complaint about it . I really didn't liked this outlet much I would rather prefer to go Maruti state one . Atleast they serve quality. Improve your standards please . Just do not spoil Bhagat halwai name for once

Ordered fried rice , and some more stuff fried rice quality was so so , the rice was too thick , when I requested for shezwan sauce they were behaving as if have asked for their kidney , the makers were too rude, it was when I asked from the bill counter guy to give some extra chutney that's when the maker gave and rudely went to bill counter guy asking why to give extra sauce So much of drama just for extra sauce . It was also very unhygienic we had gol gappe , there was a maker whose hand were full wet and water was dropping in the gol gappe water , itbwas looking very unhygienic . Being from Mumbai even road side vendors there give far better service and experience . On asking for dry puri since me and my wife were eating there , he gave only one puri putting meshed potato and some kala namak I asked give one for me also plz he said ek hi aata hai . I would suggest them to increase there price but don't compromise with quality , hygiene and customer satisfaction. We all love bhagat since years , in today's competitive world where brands like haldiram and various others hv entered in fast food all this will be of extreme importance to win the competition. thanks
