Unprofessional and uncaring I got an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday for the first consultation. I arrived there with my 3 year old kid, prepared to spend a maximum of 45 mins there. Was promptly told on arrival that we'll have to wait for an hour. This posed a dilemma cause I had prepared my kid's bag for spending at most an hour outside. This meant I had to get creative with ways to distract my toddler for the hour. It would be exhausting. I decided to bear with the uneasy situation they had thrust upon me and agreed to wait an hour. After 45 mins was told that we'll have to wait 30 mins more. Forget the fact that it was entirely their fault to have made us wait for an hour. They had the insensitivity to ask a parent with an active toddler to simply extend their wait time by 30 more mins. No apology. No effort was made to reduce the child's discomfort. Not even trying to make amends for their fault. In fact when I was sitting there shocked, trying to make sense of their gall and worrying how to survive the next 30 mins, I was given the sales pitch for choosing vip room for the treatment - which totally confused me. Why would they even talk about treatment when I haven't yet decided if I should trust them with it or not? Obviously, I was still waiting for the consultation where I would finally get to meet the care provider. This shows such insensitivity and heartlessness towards human discomfort. If this is the way they are going to treat people who seek out their services, I honestly don't think I can trust them to care about me as a patient. We had to walk out after 1 hr and 40 mins of waiting and not seeing any change in our situation. I won't be going back there again. Utterly unprofessional.

Had a very good experience & Doctor Arun listen to all my issues & clearly identified the reasons & solutions for my issues. Post 3weeks of treatment I'm feeling very relaxed & rejuvenated. My husband and I had a lot of trouble conceiving a child. We ended up going through two IVF treatments and they both failed. I went to see Dr. Shravya Arun because I needed some emotional healing after such a difficult time and heard that acupuncture was great for stress. Immediately after my first treatment, I felt so calm and trusting. Amazingly, after a 2 treatments of acupuncture I was pregnant and now I have a healthy, beautiful son. An absolute miracle!

Visited clinic for diabetes 350_400 was reading with 2 tablets. After treatment doctor reduced the tablets step by step and now I am out of tablets and my readings around 160 and 200. Another 3 or 4 sitting pending.. feeling positive. Thanks to Dr. Arun and entire team.

I was facing with Necrosis disease, I visited multiple hospitals and there was no much improvement or results, I got to know about nature's clinic through my friend reference, then I visited the clinic and started to take treatment found improvement without medicines I am feeling much better.
