Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Temple - Featured Reviews (5036)
It's in Dwarka on the sea shore. It is very small temple of lord Shiva. The Shivling is also very small. It is in renovation phase. The ambiance around the temple is very beautiful. The sea colour is blue. The water is clear. So photography is done nicely here. facilities like food, washroom are not available.
Although all places of God deserve five star rating but nowadays the thing missing at our famous temples is peace. There is huge rush, you are being pushed around. Bhadkeshwar Mahadev is different on this aspect. It is ideally located on sea shore, is peaceful. You can sit on sea shore & feel interacting with God . AUM nmH shivaay
=> It is located at a distance of around 3KM from main Dwarkadhish Temple. => It is a tranquil Shiva temple situated on sea shore where you can sit for hours & feel interacting with God. => The sound of sea waves hitting one side of temple and the cool breeze gives an enchanting experience. => The breathtaking views of the sea will make you capture more and more photos. => I recoomend you to visit it either early morning to witness the beauty of surnrise or at evening during sunset hours. => At the time of my last visit, a week ago, the renovation work of the temple was going on but still I enjoyed the visit. => From my side this is a must visit place if you are going to Dwarka. => Plenty of parking space is available.
It is dedicated to Goddess Rukmini (Lord Krishna's chief queen, beloved consort and the incarnation of Devi Lakshmi in Dvapara Yuga). The temple is said to be 2,500 years old but in its present form it is inferred to belong to the 12th century.
This is a Shiv Temple situated near Sunset Point in Dwarka, Gujrat. The temple looks like a Shiv Lingam and jutting out from the beach. The Place is really beautiful and soothing. Right now its under construction but it still looks amazing. From the temple you have scenic view of the Sea. You can get a very peaceful experience while visiting it. There are ample seating arrangements around it, where one can gaze into the Arabian Sea and feel the breeze.
You won't believe such an amazing location this is, just beside the Arabian sea. Specially if you planning to visit the Temple during the sunset or more specifically at the time of 'Sandhya Arati' you might face some magical ambience. As soon as the evening starts to fall the ambience gets more beautiful than ever, with the visuals of Lighthouse of Dwarka you will be able to experience some beauty of the nature along with the horizon of Arabian sea Must visit Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Temple if you are going to Dwarka. Highly recommended
The view is divine as it is on coast of sea. Sea waves keep on hitting one side of temple. U can sit there in peace and have good photos.
Here is the Mahadevji temple . One has to walk 150meters after the driveway ends . This place is very peacefull and the vibrations of this place are also very good . I recommend any tourist coming to shree Dwarkadhish temple should have a must visit to Bhadkeshwar Mahadev temple . You will find many stalls of street food , from bhungla bateta to chana jor . Spending 1 or 2 hours at this place hearing the sound of ocean waves is very peaceful.
