It's a Government Hospital buy way way better than any private hospital The medicines are for free the blood tests are free the staff is really helpful tells you where to go and how to go if you are lost in the hospital and also Pulmonary Dr. Ajay is the best Doctor available on 5th floor to guide you and explain you your issues regarding your health. Also Yes the place is slightly not clean but what can you expect for free, it might take your full day but your work will be done. And yes not all works will be done like, you will not find specialists or big testing equipments here for which they will suggest you sion or Ken hospital. Which is totally fine too.

First time since I came to live in Bandra 35 years back went to Bhabha Municipal Hospital being a bypass survivor diabetic senior citizen had to stand in a long line I was at orthodontic ward 10 tried to explain to the ward boy who was rude when my turn came I collapsed I was rushed to casualty they took my parameters asked me to get admitted I just came back .
