Devendra and Dr. Sumithra Reddy, in their interactions with parents, verbally affirmed multiple times that the summer camp was indeed organized by BGS School. This unambiguous representation of the camp's affiliation with BGS School was a significant factor that instilled trust in many of us, leading us to enroll our children in the camp. Furthermore, upon reviewing the official summer camp documentation, it was evident that there was no disclaimer or notification indicating that the summer camp was not organized by BGS School. This omission, coupled with the aforementioned statements, reinforced our belief that the camp was a legitimate school-sanctioned program. Given these facts, it is understandable why the delay in refunding our fees has been met with such frustration and disappointment. Parents trusted the reputation and integrity of BGS School when making the decision to enroll their children in the summer camp. We believed in the school's commitment to providing quality educational experiences, which made the camp an attractive option for us. Regrettably, the delay in processing refunds, coupled with the perceived lack of transparency and communication, has eroded the trust and confidence that parents placed in the institution. Very nice school. I visited this school as this was my NET exam centre. Nice facility. Although school is a little far from the main road,, the campus has everything required for the students. Very good atmosphere. Thanks.

It has the best infrastructure Sports Grounds Classes Teachers Hostel(the best of all you will never get any hostel like this in Bangalore for this rate) This school has given me a great opportunity to prove myself in my favourite activity

I believe it's crucial to bring to your attention a matter that has left me and several other parents deeply unsettled. Initially, the understanding among many parents, including myself, was that the summer camp was being organized by BGS School. This belief was reinforced through conversations with DEVENDRA and Dr. Sumithra, who emphasized that it was indeed the BGS Summer Camp. In fact, we received multiple communications asserting that the BGS School had been hosting this Summer Camp for an impressive 25 years. Given our trust in the esteemed reputation of BGS School Bangalore, we entrusted our daughter to the camp with high expectations. Unfortunately, upon my daughter's joining the camp, it became evident that the camp was being conducted by a third party, a fact that was never explicitly communicated prior. This lack of transparency led to an unforeseen situation, and we had to make the difficult decision of withdrawing our daughter within the first week due to genuine concerns. I appreciate that Mr. Devendra acknowledged our concerns and assured us of a refund. However, despite his assurances, the refund process has been fraught with delays and unfulfilled promises. We have made numerous attempts to seek resolution through emails and WhatsApp, only to be met with assurances of refunds post various events such as adventure trips and a Manali tour. Regrettably, these promises have been unfulfilled for over two months. To our dismay, the situation has taken an unexpected turn where threats have been made to coerce us into removing our genuine Google reviews. This act of intimidation is unwarranted and leaves us feeling both disappointed and concerned. As a family that holds BGS School Bangalore in high regard, we are hopeful that the school's esteemed ethics and commitment to excellence will prevail. We have taken the liberty of sharing all relevant documentation and screenshots with the BGS PRINCIPAL in Bangalore, in the sincere hope that this matter will receive the attention it deserves. I believe that open communication and resolution are pivotal at this juncture. As a concerned parent,I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with Devendra, the person incharge of summer camp conducted in BGS school. We failed in trusting him and believing his false promises regarding a refund for my daughter's summer camp fee 35 k which we paid in single payment. Devendra assured me, that if there were any genuine reasons for my daughter to leave the summer camp, a refund for the fees would be processed promptly. However, when my daughter needed to leave the camp due to unavoidable personal circumstances, suddenly, the refund promise vanished.Once he had completed the summer camp,management lost all interest in addressing our concerns or fulfilling our promises. My experience with Devendra, the person incharge summer camp in BGS has school false promises regarding the refund of summer camp fee for many parents. It is high time that the school management takes responsibility for their actions and treats parents and students with the respect and fairness they deserve. Until then, I would strongly advise other parents to be cautious and consider alternative options when it comes to choosing a school for their children.
