Worst service. 21 days back my mom had a pcnl surgery. At first we didn't know what procedure is gonna happen untill she was taken to the operation theatre. Later when we asked the nurse she said the procedure name. They asked us to visit after 21 days to remove the tube from kidney, they gave medicines, we paid 1000rs for the procedure they said there is no tube inside so we took xray for 500rs and finally they said the tube might have came out of urine. Why didn't they inform us at the first place that the tube might came out naturally??! And why they said we must visit hospital after 21 days to remove it?? No proper guidance..! No proper answer..! Finally they collected 800rs for the things used.. Totally money minded.. no care for patients.
