I joined BFF gym 5 months back to recover from my back pain and weight gain. I have been training under Fahad Sir and my fitness has improved exponentially. Gym has great ambience and highly motivating environment, great music and neatliness are bonus.

Some cons are music volume. It has to be maintained as per strength training not with some personal advice.
