I joined BFF gym 5 months back to recover from my back pain and weight gain. I have been training under Fahad Sir and my fitness has improved exponentially. Gym has great ambience and highly motivating environment, great music and neatliness are bonus.

It's been 4 months I have enjoyed BFF gym. I have experienced well trained stuff in general and personal training. If you wanna take personal training and be the change in next 3 month please take PT from FAHAD AND ASIF. In terms of general training , hemant and Sumit always there to help you and give you proper guidance. Some cons are music volume. It has to be maintained as per strength training not with some personal advice.
