The only pro about this overwhelming dysfunctional gym is its prime location, which they've milking since it's inception. Being located at the prime node of Biswabangla gate, you. As of Nov, 23 it aggrate rating shows 4.5 which is hardly believable. Let me break down the flaws. The trainers leaving for some are extremely arrogant and not professional. They're the teachers who do not wanna teach. The trainers are like janitors judging and throwing tantrums around. The equipments are way below par. For example, it was only recently, the staple of any body building temple, the bench area was available and its quality is terrible. You'd expect a certain angle of inclination of the stand, which you'll get none. The leg press machine is from pre independence era, working out here is like welcoming Iblis. The changing rooms are not ventilated or airconditioned with a space smaller than a wardrobe, just one bathroom where water is always running and a broken steam room, which is not free bdw

The gym is well-equipped and has good trainers. They have a variety of packages, including a happy hour package for afternoon sessions and personal trainer package. Definitely worth the premium price.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facilities, top equipment and great environment. Good services with friendly trainer. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy level and body. It's great.

Review after visiting the Gym: This is a basic gym in the heart of Newtown, near Biswa Bangla Gate. Well communicated place. Gym members and trainers are very gentle and open-minded replying to all my queries. Types of equipment are quite old. They have renovated the old equipment and now representing them like they are fresh and new products. Their cross-fit circuit is very small. If 3-4 people started to exercise on it, it'll be a bit messy for everyone. Toilets, and lockers are very clean and hygienic. But they don't give sauna bath or hot steam bath more than 2 times a month. Probably they did it to decrease their costs of electricity bills. Their toilet or changing room is connected to the gym floor. That means it is visible from the floor. That is uncomfortable and awkward. They charge around Rs20,000 yearly for membership! Moreover, their package doesn't include kickboxing/MMA and yoga in yearly package. You have to pay extra for Yoga, MMA etc. That is pathetic and too much for a simple gym like this. This gym isn't for professional or gym enthusiastic people. It's for corporate or casual people who want to stay fit. Not for serious gym lovers. I will never recommend this gym for muscle building or advanced exercises. The yearly membership should be around Rs12000 to Rs14000. But their rate is equivalent to the top gyms in Kolkata. That is a big "NO" from my side.

I would rate 5/5, and i am providing a rating after being a member in this gym from last 8 months. I came here from a different city, and I landed in different gym prior joining this gym. By far the best facility around. Best professional staffs, and trainers. They know their responsibilities. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. Gym management kept an open forum to understand the issues, and they address the issues without any delay starting from adding new instruments or maintaing the hygine. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be fit and stay near this location!

The gym is clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of high-quality equipment that is great for all levels of workout. Additionally, the gym has a convenient location and has flexible hours.

Though I have recently joined but this is an amazing place to workout with trainers with whom we develop lifelong bonding....if you want to transform for good this is a must for you...cheers to the BFF team

This is one of the best Gyms in Newtown Area. The ambience is very good inside, and the trainers are very helpful and cooperative. I really have a good time here and have improved my physical health to a large extent within 6 months thanks to trainers like Prem da who have been really helpful to me and I m grateful to them.
