Had a very pleasant stay at Beyzaa with my family. Great work by everyone at the reception (kudos to Joydeep for his help upon reservation and getting us taxis!) and also the staff at the 1st floor restaurant, which was great.
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Beyzaa Hotel & Suites! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The attention to detail in the beautifully designed rooms was truly impressive. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the breathtaking views from the suite were simply unforgettable. The on-site dining exceeded my expectations, offering a diverse and delectable menu. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze. Without a doubt, Beyzaa Hotel & Suites has set a new standard for luxury and comfort. I can't wait to return for another exceptional stay!
Average Hotel with average rooms. Stayed due to location. Irrespective of the price you expect clean rooms and good courteous service. Somehow I didn't got the right experience for both. Bathrooms have stains. Tables had dirt. Old package accessories in bath. Stained bedsheets. And despite very less people in restaurant the waitress was casual in service, taking own time in getting food and seemed like not caring for customer. Food was ok. Room ac is good. Location is good. Good eating places nearby.
Dear Bezza Team, I really appreciate your F&B manager Robin, he is very good manager for your hotel, he is very co-operative person, I am staying here from last 30 days, I have not felt uncomfortable anywhere, Robin everything Takes care of and I salute you all the receptionist staff, they are very polite and helpful staff, I have never seen this type of management, I request you to please appreciate your staff and also give good promotions. thank you so much.
Behaviour of the reception staff was extremely bad, especially that of Mr.Anup. He was very rude and was unable to explain the guidelines properly. Inspite of the fact that I had stayed in the hotel previously, they created problem with ID proof and was totally unwelcoming.It is entirely unexpected from an established Hotel like Beyzaa.
Loved our stay with lip smacking breakfast!! Absolutely amazing service provided by Hotel staffs, it was unexpected when we travelled from southern part of India to East side. We would surely checkin here in future when plan to visit Kolkata. Thanks for making ours & our parents stay comfortable & memorable!!
Our office annual meet was held here last month. Conference was booked for the purpose. It was very nice, spacious and near n clean. We opted for buffet dinner and lunch , which were good. The starters and desserts were better than that of the main course. Main course items were not upto the mark.
