Most horrible service ever, the owner interfered in the dressers hair cutting, ending up completely spoiling a simple blunt cut. I chose a colour to slightly darken my highlights worth 16k and she gave me a complete different color that masked and covered all those highlights and she charged me 6k for all that. Please don't go if you wish to save your hair, peace of mind and money..... Worthless place and the most crass women..

So bad, so unprofessional. The staff just sits and gossips also the haircut i got is so bad. I asked to give them a feather or layers but i was forced to take step cut, the haircut was given by amature, and yet they call themselves professional. Such a bad experience. The haircut doesn't even suit my face.

I must say - Great Experience !!! I did my hair style and make up for my cousins wedding and honestly it was done fabulous and i got loads of comments. Owner is sweet and kind hearted. She treated me like family.

Service is just okay, but they charge 18% GST over and above the charge of service, on all the modes of payment that are not cash. Even for Google pay payments, additional 18% GST is charged and there is no mention of this anywhere in the salon. It comes as a surprise at the time of payment. Unethical practice.

Overly priced. Very unprofessional. Recently been there for hair styling and makeup prior to a wedding. No cape or protective garment given, ruined my shirt . The stylist seemed totally disconnected and no proper knowledge . Pricing is way high, there are definitely better places at competitive rates. Would not reccommend them unless they improve drastically.
