Pleasant stay great view from the room, staffs are very friendly very safe and secure parking space and night shift staffs are very responsible and quick response from them must place to stay as a family. They even provide facilities for driver with drivers dorm.
I stayed with my family and experienced one of the best stay overs at Beverly Hotel . The front desk staff Mr. Naresh, Mr Muthu, Mr Rajesh and especially Mr KATHIRAVAN catered to our every need . This making our stay effortless and safe enjoyable .
We went for a cradle function yesterday, the buffet service was wrost , the service people were serving in way we feel don't want to eat, we are paying for food but the service makes us not to eat. Please see the other hotel and try to learn hospitality of the guest.We feel service is more important and but what was getting is wrost experience and won't recommend there. Food taste is important but service is more important than that.
We went for an event and did not stay. Food was well made and the variety was good as well. The Beverly paneer was a treat, hotel upkeep is fairly good, hope it stays that way
Very rude front desk staff. I booked a room for 2 days and had to postpone my trip by a day. The person incharge of booking called and yelled at me for not checking in that day even after I told them I will pay for both days. I wish they had some sort of training on how to speak to customers before they were hired.
Every thing is fine but Bathroom is old but if they Renovated it will be fine.. shower is not Good Other than safety , eating is everything ok
