The system of the hospital is good but the staff is really bad especially the nurses. They are uncaring, heartless and pathetic people. This one nurse in the ultrasound room was so rude. She was letting everyone in without a mask but when my turn came she asked me for my mask and started yelling to go get a mask. Fortunately I had one so I wore right on her face and went in. Also they are never on time. I was supposed to get my blood reports at 4pm and they made me wait till 6pm. The nurses are too rude and oversmart. They think they know everything. And of course there money looting will never end.

Went there to visit a patient, the infrastructure is pretty complicated probably because of the extended building. The parking is pretty small compared to the size of the Hospital and the number of rooms, you can see the pictures and the way to the parking is very slippery especially when it is wet (during rain).

As soon you enter you'll have to interact with rude staff sitting at reception. Who is more busy to chat with her co staff rather than answering your query. Rest is self explained at this first impression. Went to enquire about CT scan but people are not even present and the worst thing is people sitting in enquiry counter have no knowledge and keep guiding you to different people.

One of the best hospitals in Shillong with regards to treatment. Very cost effective. My experience with the doctors and nurses have been excellent. With regards to facilities we should remember that it is a Hospital not a Hotel !

One of the better private hospitals in Shillong. The hospital has almost every department and it has good equipment. The diagnostic facilities are extremely good and is NABL accredited. There is always a problem of getting senior doctors in Shillong, yet you can get a few of them in this hospital. Parking is limited and that is a major issue as even the roadside parking outside the hospital is limited to 2-3 vehicles

Take so much time in anythg weather u go for ultrasound or for Dr consultation somedays you will have to wait the whole day from morning till 3pm to get into the Dr chamber for consultation your whole day just gets wasted. Something has to be done regarding this.

I shall be reporting the so called 'professionals' to the medical board, even a nano fraction of a star is not worth giving them. I hope future patients are warned by this review and treated with care, because every life is important and valuable.

Money minded hospital. They treat the patients for money not for how to cure them. Useless tests are given which is not even required just to grab money. If a persons cut his finger and goes there they will treat as if he has broken his hand and keep there for observation. And the staff there omg they think they are the god there. There attitude is like they are more than a doctor. Please train them how to behave with peoples, there job is to help everyone sometimes so rude. Come and see the behavior in metro hospital so polite and ready to help anytime with a smile. And they always take a feedback so that they can improve more. In Shillong most of the hospital staffs doesn't know how to behave with the patients and there family member all are just money minded.
