My stay at this hotel was truly delightful! The attention to detail in service was evident, from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful amenities in the cozy rooms. The central location made exploring the area a breeze, and the staff's commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay was commendable. We visited this place and had a really great time with my family here. The property provided us with a great warm feeling of care and welcome. The design the locations everything is best. But the greatest thing was the hospitality of the staff and the the service staff who were the mostly the females I would really salute and be generous towards their hardwork that they had provided even in rain the gave their best service. And not to forget about the food quality which was also A1. And I will suggest this place to all and I will pay again a visit.

The management needs to be prompt enough to take care of the complaints mentioned by the guests. Saw couple of the reviews regarding the rooms not being soundproof. I myself faced similar problem when I checked in along with my husband. After a tiring day, we checked into this place to relax however, it just wasn't possible as we could hear the entire conversation people had in the next room. We approached the staffs and they were kind enough to arrange another room for us. If reviews like this is taken care of , then neither the guests nor the staffs would have to face the unnecessary harassment. The staffs however were very polite and professional. Kudos to them!

Excellent services and rooms were clean. Area surrounding is quite beautiful. Love to stay again in future.

The food and Service okay , swimming was also okay . But there was no changing room and the washroom , toilets for both male and female was pathetic and dirty . I would kindly request some changes for the matter .

One of the worst experience in this resort. Food was also not good and there were so much mosquitoes in the room as well as outside the room. Will never visit again

I give 5 stars to the resort because the staff were good and their way of talking and respecting the visitors were good .. Meanwhile it was my 1st visit to this place ... I enjoyed swimming as well with my brother's... Nice place and I prefer this resort especially for the couples who love staying outside....
