Writing a review after 4 months of workout here and I didn't know anything about any of the workouts,These people have taught me so well that i am able to train others now,Never had an injury in this gym as the owner always watch each and everyone thru CCTV surveillance,This gym never disappoints,Truly the best.Would recommend everyone to join.

The unparalleled support and approachability of the owners, Mr. Samad and Mr. Sohail, as well as the coaches especially Armaan and Noddy, is truly commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. I was on a vacation in Hyderabad. I went and checked out a couple of gyms in the area and "BeStrong" was the best among them. They have a good selection of equipment and they open early. They have a lot of trainers available who are very helpful and keep the atmosphere fun. They are available to help new members with how to use machines and what exercises to do. They have good songs playing in the background to keep everyone motivated to work out. I only wish they were open on Sundays. Overall very good experience and highly recommend this place.

Been a female I was bit hesitant to go to this gym but it was good thing I went & first and foremost I went at normal unisex timings and surprised to find the environment was really nice, I feel safely to do all my exercises without any worries. Mr. Sohail was really nice made sure everything was comfortable for females there & He himself is very excellent trainer and good person. I went for Weight Training exercises and took Personal trainer Mr. Iliyas who is excellent trainer and coach and kept pushing forward for more and more. I will be continuing in the same gym no matter what. The equipment are much updated and highly functional. Much appreciated and High Recommended for all ladies out there and for guys I don't have to say anything, if you want excellent training go and join there. From me 10/10 Ratings!

Best gym in redhills area with branded equipments & professional trainers with friendly behaviour

It's an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, friendly and safe for girls as well.The workouts are always new and engaging and the instructors care about not only getting you to sweat, but also making sure you are staying safe.They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. In 2 months and have achieved better results in that time than I have in years at other gyms. I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Very nice gym friendly owner and best coach she is very flexible equipments are too good i loose 6 kgs in 3 months... And girls timings are good saperate and secure for us.... Gym is too neat and clean....
