Last memory of me practicing yoga goes back to my school days in 1987. 36 yrs. later I decided to take part in Abhi's 3 days yoga retreat along with my wife at a very relaxing and away from the city's huzzle & buzzle resort ~ Atiya Wellness and Ayurveda Destination, Kallikkad which is near to Neyyar dam in Thiruvananthapuram. The retreat was truly relaxing and a stress buster for us and there couldn't have been a better name coined for this by Abhi ~ "VISRAMAM". Though we were apprehensive of doing certain asanas, the confidence instilled in us by Abhi made it feel to do it with ease. What I liked most about this passionate yoga ambassador is that his in-depth knowledge in what he preaches and above all not enforcing on the participants what he likes to teach rather ascertain the capabilities of each participant through conversation & observing body language and accordingly make us do the asanas that best suits us. More than just doing an asana he would explain the benefits of doing that particular asana. Overall a friendly and ace yoga trainer one can rely upon. Thank you very much indeed Abhi for the wonderful session and choosing Atiya as an apt location for 'Visramam'

Definitely one of the best Yoga teachers out there. I had the opportunity to learn and practice yoga with Abhi during my 2 weeks stay in Kerela and definitely I made progress in terms of my overall health and flexibility through his methods. He is very observational with each of his students, starts of slow and progresses incrementally. I will continue to take online sessions from him to keep my practice sustainable over the long run.

One of the best Yoga Experience I have ever had. Abhi quickly got to know about my stiffness in back and hamstring and he focused on my flexibility from day 1, I wish I could have attended more Yoga sessions with him. I had the privilege of Yoga practice with Abhi everyday for 2 weeks while in Kerala and it proved one of the highlights of my trip. Abhi is very passionate, knowledgeable and experienced in his field which combined with his teaching, motivational and training skills made him the best yoga trainer I have ever practiced with. I made a lot of progress in a short space of time and have learnt many principles and best practices which I will take forward in my practice. It's a shame Abhi isn't based locally to me but I really look forward to any future session's with him!

I would highly recommend Mr Abhilash's yoga sessions to those who have not tried yet. No matter what age you are, Abhi has a skill to understand the flexibility of one's body and guide you accordingly. You will find yourself enjoying the stretches that you once thought you could do. After 2 sessions with him at Atiya Ayurveda Retreats, I feel confident and motivated. Looking forward to continuing.

Yoga master Abhilash have transformed my mind set and made me witness it is Possible which I was thinking impossible all these days. Ofcourse, he taught us the Yoga postures and Pranayams in a way that will get into your mind directly but more than that what I saw in him was His great capability to Heal any negativity (Both Physical & Mental level). See, I attended his Yoga retreat from 20April2022 to 24April2022; even after 2weeks still I able to feel Mr.Abhilash's effective teachings, the way he taught and made us to imbibe the goodness permanently! I am so happy that I could do lot of Yogic postures even after my physical rigidness due to multi accidents I faced. The reason behind this is the Great Yoga Master Abhilash. Even I requested him to start doing 'Marma therapy' as I witnessed the healing power he got! Mr.Abhilash is so committed and taking up a very good responsibility for his students and that's why he is personally visiting a place, experience the energy and therafter he is organising a class in that location.
