Best Western Tirupati - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

The stay here was great and the staff here were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and ambience was pleasant the railway track view from the room blew my mind away, as the train moving sound was so peaceful and soothing for me over there. Kudos to the staff for maintaining the dignity of this Hotel and for giving the best experience. This time it is not a solo travel, i was with my friend and the stay was more fun and entertaining

Horrible place. Would totally avoid it. Part of the ceiling fell on the guests who were at the table over from us and no one from the hotel staff even showed an ounce of care. For the same price there are better hotels in the area.

The hotel name should be Worst Western Tirupati instead of Best Western Tirupati. The reception person "Jaichandra" does not have basic etiquettes to talk to guests. He was very rude, abusive, not helpful at all. Inspite of telling the hotel staff to come to my room once I am back from my dinner, they had intentionally entered my room without my permission. And this happened not once but twice when I had gone out of the hotel, the staff had entered our room touched our personal stuff. When asked about it, they were just passing the blame to one another and were not taking any responsibility for the same. Everyone should bycott this hotel because of its service, people working there and their unprofessional behavior.

staff are good at FO and FNB Service, food is excellent in test and quantity also, room also good size. break fast they should add egg . their bathroom cleaning has to be done , as entire wash room area is bad. that's the negative poinr

well located in the centre of tirupati city. The reception staff and the other staff are well behaved and very much cooperative. The food is tasty and delicious. The only drawback is that the washroom floor is very slippery and it requires support of railings.

Best western tirupati holds good. It's usually very neat and has ambience of a 5 star hotel in Hyderabad but in tirupati it's more of a 3 star ..service was slow,rooms were ok, got conned by the cab service they recommended, but in the end the hotel management was not responsible for that ..

Very Small rooms Pathetic Reception service and UNWELCOMING hosts Nothing works in room...right from Phone to DTH to Fridge to Remote Cant request plates from pantry after 10:30 PM as kitchen is CLOSED..how lame Doest experience like BEST WESTERN. Not Worth it

Good hotel to have stay. Breakfast is also fine. Rooms are clean yet small. 10-12 km away from airport.
