Best Western Resort Country Club - Resort hotel in Gurugram, Para - Gurugram, India

A nice get away just 1 hr from Gurgaon. Property is spread in a vast area . It offers lots of activities and sports for kids and grown ups to indulge in. Food is good with a bit of local flavor . Rooms are neat and old fashioned. Staff is very courteous and honest. Seperate pools for kids and grown-ups.

Took one standard room for one night. Quite small but with all amenities and facilities. Staff is also good and trained with good behaviour. Go to the room for sleep only as you have enough things to spend outside. Great green environment, games, activities, sit outs, pool. Food prices are on the upper side but quality and quantity both are good. My suggestion is go for al karte. Breakfast is also good.

We stayed in suite rooms and it was spacious and well maintained. Buffet spread was great and mutton dishes were absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. Sweets and savory were amazing too. Only major setback was service by house keeping and hotel management staff. Also there was no mobile network most of the time and wifi provided by resort sucks as it was not working during our entire stay.

We had a wedding celebration over 3 days at BW Manesar and had a very good time once everything was in place. However, a couple of things that were worrisome were that rooms were exorbitantly priced for a location like Manesar and organizing the event was a nightmare as the senior management of the property came across as totally unprofessional and not transparent with commercial/money details. We had to deal with surprises with costs going up at each and every stage of discussions. Responsiveness from the management specially the lady director based at the property was pathetic and painful. She was only concerned about showing increased revenues to her bosses without caring about fair and transparent way of communicating with a client. Accountability of her own words and/or commitments made by her and her senior staff was the last thing she cared about. Having said that, the operational managers were very service oriented and helpful. Especially the F&B and Operations Manager Mr. Raman Misra made up for the agony we went through with the senior management. His high standards of service, helpfulness in every situation made the whole event worthwhile. The property is amazing and staff really very good and helpful. The food served was great and our Indian and foreign guest appreciated all the meals served. We had requested for mild food and except for some dishes that cannot be mild all the others were to our requirements. The facilities were clean and kept in good condition. Lots of green lawns and open spaces. Golf carts with amazing staff transported our guest with special abilities to and from the festivities.

Nice nature resort with good gaming facilities and pool area. It's green and maintained well, the staff is hospitable and courteous. Food is ok types not the best but desserts were amazing. It has a cricket ground on rent an ideal place for team activities. Overall a good green place to unwind and feel good about life.

The rooms are good, and the food is also very good (especially the sugar free dessert for lunch and dinner). Menu selection is also admirable with no repeated items. The approach road is pathetic from both sides. The remote error was not working properly, Wifi is also very cumbersome. Laundry bags not provided, can be made available. However, the overall experience was very good. The staff is very polite. Especially, Mr. Jha, the restaurant manager.

Located in the midst of green farmland area. The play area for kids is an added advantage. Horse ride, Camel ride, Mini-Train rides. Outdoor sports like badminton, tennis, swimming pools.... Good ambience and overall a lovely experience.

We had gone there for a day to relax and no doubt the resort looks beautiful, however, our whole trip was ruined due to bed bug infestation. There were spottings of the bed bugs, on the mattress, cushions and behind the bed as well. We even spotted two live ones. We couldn't sleep the whole night due to the bed bugs biting us. You can't have bed bugs in a resort because it defeats the purpose of a vacation. Terribly disappointed!
