Best Western Plus Tejvivaan - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Service during reception was pathetic. The door-keeper neither helped to take luggage inside nor opened the door during arrival and departure. Luggage X-ray machine kept at entrance gate was not working. We reached hotel at 0430 hrs and waited at reception area upto 0815 hrs till we made early check-in. During that time no fan/air conditioner was working at that area. Night duty person informed us that air conditioner was unserviceable at reception area. Food quality was very good, however, the service requires lot of improvement. Housekeeping service was good except refilling of drinking water, for which we had to rang repeatedly at reception. Spa was excellent. Location is very near to Visakhapatnam railway station (only 5 minutes).

Very good hotel with fare pricing. Location was good in the city. Staff was helpful. This leads to multiple card transaction !. Room was good with required amenities. Nearby other food options also available

Booked the banquet hall for a birthday party, had a really smooth experience. The food was also good. If you need any assistance with the banquet you can contact pushpa at the venue. She was really friendly and made sure we had a good experience . Highly recommended.

Went for a school trip..Comfy rooms.. great service and delicious food..what else woul u want. Staff is warm and goes out of the way to make stay comfortable. Would love to stay here again..

The new receptionist is very strict, Made me sit for 1+ hour without giving any updates on early check in, I am a customer of this hotel since last 4 years at least, Next time I would prefer another hotel now, Thank you best western for ending my stay with you in future. early check in is possible with extra pay but without pay its not possible, that means rooms are available but do not want to give to loyal customers as well. That is really disappointing.

Excellent 3 star hotel in the railway road Visakhapatnam at the heart of city. Rooms are Excellent with all amenities, washrooms good, rooms provided with coffee maker and a small Fridge. It has a restaurant, small gym and spa too for massage. Took massage which was really really good.

Luxurious rooms with superb food and best services. Staff was really friendly and committed for best services. Hotel has got all the amenities like , Gym, spa, restaurant , parking space etc.. Overall a luxurious experience

Hotel ambiance is 200% excellent in Vizag... But Food quality is 1% only.. not worth that much cost.. don't try vanjanam fish , prawns, mutton. veg and fried rice is good only.. staters waste.. This hotel 100% i say food worstest.. if u want photography than go.. I don't know even one item is best.. if u going with definitely disappointed with food Late survey food, but staff is good
