Best Western Plus Jalandhar - Hotel in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus hotel and wanted to share my experience. Initially, there was a mix-up with room availability, but they eventually provided a suite for which I paid around 10k. The room itself was decent, but I encountered issues with both room service and the washroom taps. The main concern arose when I ordered food; the rice was undercooked, and the chicken seemed overcooked, with a chewy texture as if it had been reheated multiple times or was quite old. I contacted the staff twice about the food quality, and they assured me they would consult with the chef and call me back. Unfortunately, after waiting for two hours without a response, I went to bed hungry. The next morning at checkout, I discussed the matter again. The staff mentioned they would inform their senior, but a junior staff member began blaming me, stating they had called and visited my room, but I didn't answer. Despite my explanation, they seemed unresponsive. Additionally, 4-5 team members, including the chef, were present at the end to find a solution, but they didn't listen to their customer. Instead, they relied on the account of a junior waiter who falsely claimed to have visited my room and called me. When I requested to see the camera footage to verify if anyone had come to the room, they denied access. In essence, no one was there to assist a paying customer who had experienced their subpar service.

Not recommended this property, I like to stay with Best Western all india . But not have good experience here . When reached at Hotel , it was raining and I was carrying four units of luggage, but no one was available to attend or support for luggage or opening the door Wallet staff was there but he was rude . I informed about for desk staff but they don't bothered. The alloyed me a room with small window without any view , which I don't like They said , we don't have any other room. When stay in room , It was specious with double TVs, but bed was not much comfortable, I got back ache in morning And full night there was huge sound of AC (video attached), so could not sleep comfortable. At the time checkout front staff seems very unprofessional, he don't feel to say feedback , thanks or visiting again . Truly, I will not come again here , president is better then this

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding ceremony at this exquisite banquet hall, and I cannot express how delighted I am with the services provided, especially by the efficient manager, Shallu. From the moment we booked the venue until the last guest left, Shallu and the entire staff exhibited the utmost professionalism and dedication to making our special day perfect. The attention to detail was impeccable. The hall was beautifully decorated, and every aspect of our event was flawlessly executed. Shallu's expertise and experience were evident as she guided us through the planning process, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Her calm demeanor and problem-solving skills were truly reassuring, making the entire planning experience stress-free.

I am regular visitor of Jalandhar. I stayed here for the first time. I booked under the Corporate Booking. They charged 4k and given me the very basic room. It was such a tiny room. In MAP plan they have fixed 4-5 items only. Restaurant staff are bothered to serve to customer coming from outside for dinner only. Residents with MAP plan are treated like "Haan theek h, free wale h ye toh". This is four star hotel, just for namesake. At the same price there are many better options in Jalandhar.

Best hotel and banquets . Banquet manager Shweta puri was very professional and responsible . Thanks to her and her team for providing services in our wedding ceremony . I lost my bracelet there but the honest staff did their best efforts and I got my bracelet back . Once again thanks to the banquet team.

The ambience is wonderful.. it seems as beautiful as like we were enjoying out of India the food is fab ... The rooms are clean and luxurious... Everything seems beautiful and it deserves

I visited the Hotel on the occasion of the Foundation Day of the Organisation I work for. The Office had booked a Hall which had a beautiful ambience. Food was decent.
