Best Western Plus Indore - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

The hotel was overall really good. The food was tasty . The buffet spread was more than enough . The room size could have been a bit larger , but overall it had all the amenities. The only thing I would suggest to give options for late check out till evening with some less price than the full booking amount , as it may happen that someone may take the night flight after completing their days work ( For this , I am reducing 1 star ) . Otherwise , everything else was really good

Neat and clean place. The food and services are good. The staff is polite. Nice waiting area. Wifi facility. Luxurious rooms. Ambience is good. No bath tubs, no swimming pool but all other amenities are available. Worth the price

An excellent property to stay in heart of City. Rooms are big and clean. They have got a maintained fitness centre. Best part of stay is buffet breakfast which has got wide spread of Delicious food. Recommended property to stay for Business and Family travellers.

spacious rooms and the staff was able to accommodate it well. Breakfast has a number of options, they serve food on floor 2 and floor 6, they have live dosa in breakfast. For dining the chargers for buffet were 6K for 8 folks, we ended up ordering in the room which costs us half the price. Elevators a bit small, I'll recommend this to anyone who is travelling to Indore.

Cheated by the hotel, I stayed here for one day. I had booked and paid for superior guest room after seeing room photo in their website but they alloted me a smaller room (delux room).

The rooms are well maintained.the staff is very courteous Room service is very efficient and prompt.the quality of breakfast was extremely good.staff there was very courteous and efficient.

The stay was good, the staff is well trained, experienced and courteous. Checkin and check-out were quick and hassle free. Room service was good and the food tasted amazing. Morning breakfast buffet was not good at all, all the food tasted stale, a cockroach was walking on one of the items, the staff cleared the dish but who know how hygienic the kitchen is. The buffet was arranged in their banquet hall and chairs and table were not comfortable. Overall the stay was amazing except for the morning breakfast.

I stayed there for two nights with my family. The price is really high according to what services we got. There is free breakfast (which is included in the price) but the kitchen is really really slow. We had to wait 5-10 minutes every time to get the finished item back on the food tray. We were 3 family members staying in a room and they gave us only 1 bathing towel. Whenever we asked for the new towel the housekeeping guy asked for the old towel which was funny. The bathroom is very small and not spacious which was really disappointing. Though the room is spacious. You might get another hotel on the same price what you are paying there.
