Best ambience to visit with your family and friends, having a rooftop restaurant gives it a edge over other restaurant in the town. The quality of the food was excellent, though I was told earlier that the taste was not up to the expectation, however from the yesterday's visit i can say that the quality and the taste of the restaurant has been improved a lot. Staff service is also great. Though you may have parking issues but for that they are offering valet services. All I can say that one must visit once to experience the enthusiastic environment and enjoy live music.
Best day to visit this restaurant is saturday nd sunday. Because on these days there is rush in hotel nd roof bar too. Other days dinner was not in good condition. Best restaurant only for weekends not for everyday. Yesterday had dinner we found that we have wasted our money for dining. Food was horrible, tasteless. Me nd my family will not visit this restaurant except Weekends. But staff & service was too good. Roof top bar dinner was delicious, tasty nd no words to explain means mind blowing dinner, starters. But, in restaurant the dinner was horrible means we ordered kadhai paneer, in that gravy nd paneer were smelling. Then we ordered in deserts rasgulla it was also smelling.
service was pathetic... Super slow & totaly irrational... Nobody to take order in first place.... Snacks and beverages being served after main course... crispy corns were served burnt... No cutlery...no tissues... No round of rotis till 30 minutes... Only excuse of weekend rush was given...very very disappointing
I came here for Teej celebrations and i must say it has great ambience, the taste of the food was delicious although i have tried food from many places but this one showed why they are called best western! Also the staff was very polite, professional and cooperative for everything, i recommend everyone if you are visiting pathankot or near by then you should stay in best western!

Food at restaurant is well below standard and so is the live music. For ghee roast chicken they served something similar to honey chilli chicken. Similarly Rara chicken was also overcooked and tasteless. Cocktails are also just average
The hotel was amazing with a very well trained staff The room service was excillent moreover the the management and the staff was very polite The buffet had everything and the food was delicious The hospitality was worth it highly recomended!!
