Best Western Ashoka ( Hotel & AC Banquets) - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I booked this hotel from 10/11/23 to 14/11/23 and stayed with my wife. On 11/11/23 around 10 pm someone opened the door ( seems another guest)and entered the room. As I am under deep sleep it totally disturbed our privacy. I doubt the hotel has any robust room allotment systems in place. So please keep this in mind while you book this hotel. Rest every thing fine.

Very comfortable, clean hotel with extremely helpful, courteous and friendly staff throughout our 3 night stay. Fantastic breakfast with loads of choice. Loved trying all the different freshly made breads especially the samosas. Eggs cooked to order too. Various attractions walkable or short tuctuc ride away. Walking distance to choice of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel very much. All the staff are friendly and the service is great. They always ask: Is everything okay? Are you comfortable ? Everything was clean and great. It was a great stay. I will come back again

The hotel was as described and any issues resolved swiftly. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and especially Naresh on the front desk. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended for the quality of the food and perfect service. I would recommend this hotel.

Did not stay there, so cannot comment on the rooms. Otherwise, it is a good compact hotel, well maintained & centrally located. Meeting rooms are good and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a high traffic area, but it is reasonably quite while inside. Parking is very limited, but valet parking will take care of that.

We have stayed here, the stay is pleasant and comfortable and as per expectations. Location is very perfect, rooms are comfy and cozy the breakfast was amazing. Hospitality and service is 5 star. Prices are reasonable. Best place to stay in Hyderabad.

The service is good. Hospitable staff. I had an issue with the mattress on the first day (3 night stay). Upon informing the hotel staff, I was promptly shown two more rooms to choose from. The restaurant 'Rasa' is very good. Loved the quality of food. Mr Nayak from the lobby and others were very helpful in guiding us with places to visit, etc. The only thing is you might have to look carefully to locate the hotel. The board on the main road can be a bit larger in size. Overall, it was a good experience.
