Extremely Disappointed! My experience with Best Voyage has been nothing short of a nightmare. They initially charged a hefty amount of 50,000 INR for three USA visas, promising a smooth process. However, the reality was far from it. After visa acceptance, they levied an illegal charge of 850 INR per passport for courier services, totaling 2,550 INR, a fee they never disclosed initially. The behavior of their executive, Krunal, was beyond rude and unprofessional, marked by abusive language. To add insult to injury, they failed to meet their promised timeline of providing the visa by 2021, delivering it only in November 2023. Shockingly, they didn't provide a receipt for the visa fees, and when questioned about the courier receipt, they handed me a purported notice from the USA consulate, allegedly signed by Palak Vyas. This lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, and blatant dishonesty are utterly unacceptable. Such practices not only breach trust but also violate ethical business standards. Very poor service in domestic tour the staff of best voyage doesn't have manner to talk especially hitesh. We want recommend to anyone. The entire experience was worst and waste of money. Negative option is not available otherwise would have given negative rating.
