Hospital is maintaining neat and tidy, joined my brother in law for head & bone injury in ICU last year 2022 , ICU doctors and staff are very cooperative and counsel us well about patient condition. However pnuero surgeon DR vinay bushan behaviour is very arrogant at the time of briefing about patients condition in ICU. Ironically Same guy spoken to nicely at the time of initial admission time. Management should give counseling To DR vinay bushan , how to talk to patient relative. However ortho doctor who operated his hand , explained very well about his condition before and after surgery. My brother in law got discharged after 1 week comphresivly hospital was good and recommend others to contact for any types of emergency.

They value money and status. They don't care about patient's, if they are in serious condition. One doctor given half treatment and postponed the treatment after 1 week due to his confrence. Their negligence cost my loved ones life.... Don't fool by the appearance of the hospital. Check the Death rate of the hospitals(any) and Go for treatment.

New Hospital.. Treatment is Good. The thing is.. staffs don't speak Hindi.. Maximum patent came from Odisha. There's a problem of communication.

Doctor s service is good. And staff behaviour is also good. However, at night, at ground at the time of sleeping of patients, Mosquitos are very disturbing. Due to health issues, such as corona . It should take as important matter of concern. And minor mistakes they have written in lift and third floor, that is spelling mistakes. Please find below photos

Discharge process is very time taking.. Doctor told we can discharge at 10:30AM and our case sheet was submitted at Billing after 2:00 PM... Medical Service was very good.. but sending the patient after full recovery is most important foe the patient and their families.. Should improve the discharge process to make it within a hour..

I have not seen the worst hospital than this in my life. No trained nurses, no medical equipment. Lab is in the hospital only but they will take a lifetime to give you the reports...And the doctors...they will see only reports ..if the reports not came from the lab, they won't visit you at all. And the PR Team...they will talk with you like they will see all the things...but Sunday no doctor will be available...they knew this...but they will tell doctors available here 24*7. If the doctor is on leave and they knew but they don't inform us or arrange for another doctor.

All services are well at hospital. But when coming to insurance claims hospital staff is taking more than the insurance claim that they initially told for the operation. It is very bad on ur part regarding collection of fee towards operations. Patients are suffering a lot regarding collection of extra fee which is not agreed with the insurance companies. Why ur people are agreeing for the lower fee which is not suitable for hospital? It should not be good to collect extra from innocent patients.
