BEST LADIES HOSTEL KOZHIKODE - Girl's Hostel in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

I would like to share the experiences of mine when I lived this hostal. I lived here few months back. This hostal is not literally not a best one according to their name. The quality of food is very bad. I was get food poison in Fisrt day after having breakfast in here. I think their iddly is part of rock. Secondly the Rat created nuisance .The amount of rate is limitless there . This hostel roof sheet is leaking .during the rainy days stair covers full of water . So many jst fall in the stair in these days. I requested to management to adress this concern and improve living experience there

I would like to share the experiences and the problems faced by my friend who stayed there. First of all let me know who gave this hostel the name 'best ladies hostel'. Iiterally, this is not the best one. The hostel had a number of significant issues, issues in quality of food, inappropriate behavior of new staff members, and concerns regarding dressing. The quality of the meals provided at the hostel is not much good. The newly appointed staff members behave like they don't know anything and it's the responsibility of us to teach them all. The comments of the staff members regarding clothing were overly conservative and infringed upon personal freedom and expression. security system in the hostel is not that much good. The best part is when we call the hostel staff regarding the issues, their reply was not to call them for these small issues, and it's not right to reply like that. One guy entered this hostel, and the staff were like nothing happened and behaved like it's quite common here. I strongly urge the management to address these concerns promptly and improve the overall experience for their residents.

Good hostel with good food. The ladies at the kitchen are amazing and very caring. Only problem is with cleanliness. There is a lady who comes to clean but doesn't clean actually. She actually makes the room more dirty by moping the floor with a dirty mop. So most of the inmates are cleaning there own room whenever they get time. Apart from that it is wonderful place to stay.

I didn't feel any uncomfortable here... As compared to other hostels I know this is the best one... I had recommended here for lot of my friends..

Room is so congested...in a 3 bedroom they r accomodating 5 people...food is comparatively ok and it's location is very very convenient

Good hostel ,next to railway station . Good food.,cleaning is a bit of an issue .. Rooms are bit small! highly recommended..

Certainly the right place if we concern for: - easy transit access - good food, hospitality and cleanliness - an environment to learn and work.
