Extremely poor service standards.. needs a lot of improvements in order to attract customers including repeat visits. Not at all value for money.. TVs do not work for want of recharge. Though the front office staff tried his best to meet the requirements, nothing is in order. Expect management to give serious thoughts on improving overall customer experience.

Place was fairly well and clean, food quality was also very fantastic and hygienic. But the only issue I had was they were very slow in serving food items maybe be due to very few staffs during pandemic I was looking for some south Indian taste but that person who cooks south indian was also nit available so we had to go wish normal meal. I would recommend this place but I m highly dissatisfied on account of their very late food service. It took nearly 30-45 minutes to get my order. But yes food was good so it didn't disappoint us that much.

Bhagwati palace is a good hotel. You may stay here for comfort and luxurious. The texture of the hotel is too good. This place also have restaurant where different kind of dishes are served. This place is also organize the wedding ceremony and birthday party to make moment memorable. A meeting room is also available here for business dealings. This place is fully air conditioned. But when you order something you may wait for a long period of time because their delivery system is not perfect. So if you want to visit here then take your full time.

Good Ambience. Food is good. Home delivery not available. Service little slow. Good place with respect to small town. Rooms are costly of 2500 & 3000 range but also they were giving 30% discount on this if asked for. Need better professional staff at front desk.

Hey guys.... Sorry to say that dam poor experience in this hotel. These guys open the room from the master key without permission...and when u have not checked out tell yet.. These guys do not apologized me where as they were arguing with me. Their owner are very bad communications.

First of all it gives you value for your money, and great service too it's not like other cheap restaurant which only charge heavy bills. Best place to pass time with family and friends. Perfect for Dinner

Spacious rooms and very comfortable ambience. Bathrooms are very clean and premium. Restaurant serves a great variety of both veg and non veg dishes. Convenient location as well.

They value their customers,each n everyone is important for them, Foods are very tasty, service is also good, they have full facilated n luxurious rooms , available on OYO also, it is one of best hotels in mirzapur.......
