Good hotel and good management. Good food. Reasonable rates

Rooms were OK types not very great, rooms are quite small when compared to the photos posted I.e deceiving images. Service was good, they provided assistance required. But staff sitting in reception have really bad attitude, they started to demand extra when we late during check out by few minutes. Location wise, it quite good as it is 15 minutes away from Ajmer dargah hazarath khwaja Garib nawaz..

To start with the gentleman at the reception, Anil was delightfully professional and courteous. Check in was like a breeze. Room that I was given was too cozy to be honest. Even though hotel is situated on a busy road, there was hardly any noise audible in the room. Food is priced on the higher end but very delicious although my taste buds got an awakening. Washroom was clean and very well maintained. Overall a good stay to mention.

Good service.. but staff were bit rude and they need to take give a proper training to the staff on behavior and etiquette to deal with a customer - especially women customer.

Namaste beautiful hotel, very clean, with a restaurant inside where you can eat traditional dishes, and I do not recommend it without hesitation for a moment

The hotel offers a comfortable stay, quick room service and tasty food. Easy to reach and roadside as well as basement parking available. Only drawback is the size of the room, they r too small to move around, rest everything is almost perfect. We were a family of six, including our mothers, us and our teen age kids, everyone slept comfortably and room service was one call away for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast served. Just one complaint my kid had was there was no cold beverage (milk/shakes) served with breakfast buffet.

Very nice stay there, food was good, rooms are clean, the staff is also supportive. Recommended
