Best hospital is the worst hospital, Dr. Grish radiology gives wrong report about patients comparing with other Digonistics. He is working for the hospital, Money minded.

It's worst Staff's, My son just 5 years young boy due to feaver and cold I visited the hospital.... Worst experience, Receptionist woman is good at communicating than Doctors. Dr.Pavithra, she is in emergency Dept., She don't know how to communicate with patient, she hanged on her mobile phone and chatting with her friends in WhatsApp.... my son had Cold and feaver as we said she listened thats it. I was unsatisfied the way she treated, Next day my son stopped eating food only. I took him other Hospital they said that he got trough infection completely. Worst experience I had in Best Hospital. Please don't take ur kids to this Hospital. Kids don't know how to tell their problems, Doctors should advice us. This type of Doctor not fit to be an doctor. I never take my son again to this Hospital. Please stop using ur mobile phone when ur treating patients. I request Hospital Management to appoint proper and sutable and experienced Doctors. That stupid Doctor Searching Medicine in Google and written. It's better we can Google and we only can buy medicine why we should visit Hospital and doctor. I felt that they r not Doctors only.

Never saw such wierd hospital in my life ..... doctor doesn't seem like a doctor and doesn't behave like one too, initially they will ask you to pay consultant fee and they make u wait for long and then the doctor comes and just speaks to u and go no treatment nothing and they ask you get all the tests done and without even knowing the patient condition correctly....this hospital is only for business not for the cure

Really staff are very rude horrible, and even small check up also making too much high charges, major things all are unprofessional. Worsted treatment. Patient name leelavati, admitted on dated 01/07/23 night 10.30, hit n run accident.

Important thing is whole staff are unprofessional. Worst treatment , even for major injuries they say normal

Their are many worst Hospital in this locality but this one stands at the top. Worst unprofessional doctors and staff. Hospital is build to mint money. Fraud staff fraud doctors... This bloody hospital is much costlier than super speciality hospitals with a cheap and disgusting rooms... Majestic fresh up rooms are much better... Please don't go to this dirty filthy place.. paitent will also die and there attender will also die with the dirty environment and for their blade less money shaving trick..

Dr. Raghav Reddy is only asset and interaction of this hospital. He is very friendly and down to earth person but the staffs are very arrogant. Insurance staffs have their own personal stuff and they will never realize the value of customer. I had surgery on Saturday and there was no process on Sunday but still Insurance staff came around 11 AM Sunday in office and submitted my insurance claim around 12:30 PM. Technically, After having my minor surgery on Saturday 2PM, I was in hospital till Sunday 4:30 PM, they should understand the value of customer's time as well. The nursing staff are very rude they treats very harsh...I have complained about this to Insurance department about the behavior of nursing staff while discharge but no action, they should never think it as one time opportunity in competitive world. I will never go to BEST Hospital because of Insurance staffs and few nursing staffs (*Doctor is good and patient friendly) I don't recommend to anyone if you have value of your time...the room is good but there is NO food or water facility to Patient as well. I was surprised but staffs were not thinking this as basic needs of patients...

Nice staff, excellent Doctors, friendly receptionists especially a male there, caring pharamsists especially lady at night shift..very humble and humane nursing staff..highly recommended
