It's the best homestay in Srinagar and Kashmir! All the family members are really friendly and easy to talk to, it was always a pleasure to be around them! Imy is a really good host, he helped us organize trips and we always had interesting conversations with him and his father. The rooms were in a really good condition and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was working perfectly all the time. The cook, Nazeer, made the best food I have eaten in India so far! I would recommend booking your stay including breakfast and dinner! I enjoyed my stay really much and would definitely come again! <3 :)

Comfortable and friendly stay 2 minutes walk from Nigeen lake. Quiet location (except for dogs barking at night, but that's all of Srinagar), fresh garden, and great food prepared daily by the house cook. The hosts live in the house and are very friendly: we has several good chats with Bashir and his son, who were also helpful in arranging a morning shikara to the floating market and a day tour in Srinigar. Still, nothing beats a good boathouse! We booked our stay at Bashir's through our hostel in Delhi (owned by Adbul, who's from Kashmir) who probably took a commission on the booking, which was not that much cheeper than the boathouse we stayed at later.

Caretaker Mr. Imtiaz was very friendly and cooperative. The food prepared by him was great, stay was comfortable.The location was close to Nigeen lake. Really appreciate the helping nature of caretaker. Stay here is recommended.

The "Imy Guest house" is one of the must stay-in place in Srinagar. If anyone wants to experience Kashmiri culture and their hospitality, then Imy is a must stay place. A warm welcoming people, delicious food, hygienic and spacious rooms, all will make your stay comfortable, happy and satisfied. The host Nasir and Imtiyaz is always helpful and guide you in details. We had a great time staying here and will be coming back again and again whenever we visit Srinagar.

Wonderful stay at Imy. The hospitality of the staffs are really commendable. Property is located just at the backside of Nigeen Lake, and the lake can be accessed by walk. Awesome ambience overall.

A home like feelings next to home. very clean & spacious room. Very dilicious food. Owner & care taker found so so humble & gentle. Dinning room was in Kashmiri style. Overall had an awesome experience.

Beat home stay ever. Food is excellent as we were vegetarians they gave home made food and everything was excellent. Abdul brother was very kind and polite person. He helped us a lot about the sightseeing places and others there.
