Initially found the clinic to be absolutely phenomenal with excellent hospitality, today however was quite the polar experience. Always admired the doctor so much and the least I expected was to be talked to with patience. Unfortunately not everyone has a perfect life and it's hard to take medications on time and instead of actively listening and compassionately offering solutions, the cross examining felt like that of a convict's. Being talked to like that, absolutely won't increase patient compliance. The rest of the staff is actually quite incredible. I cannot fathom why I was treated this way and I hope it doesn't happen to others

I would say, you go with any complex issue, they will treat or make you feel its very simple to solve and yes no false hopes. They will tell you the real possibility from very first visit and how your treatment progresses. For her age and experience , her patience to answer you and listen to you is commendable. Go with open mind ( not with google read knowledge)

Dr. Duru Shah is a wonderful doctor. She examines and executes treatment scientifically. She makes the patient so comfortable. She has a great team at Gynaec world. I am so relieved and happy to come here for my Menopause and Fibroid management

I was given Dr Duru Shah contact from one of the members in the surgical menopause FB group and I am under her medical supervision for more than a year now. I have a complicated past medical history with surgically induced menopause issues. In India menopause doctors are few and having exposure to medical issues and complexity demands well informed and expertises which Dr Duru Shah fits well into this. I am thankful to have been introduced to her, she is a good listener, detailed in explaining the problems and very friendly in nature. I would certainly recommend her for anyone with menopausal issues.

This is a place which is very unprofessional. The doctor will recommend huge number of tests unrelated to the complain of the patient and then there will be hardly any follow up communication when contacted. You have to write message after message to get a one line reply. On the top of it the fee is extremely steep which the service does not justify. Do not recommendcat all. Edit 1: Since I cannot respond to the Gynaecworld response let me write this here. This is the first time I get such an elaborate response. All my WA messages elicited single sentence response after reminders. Also I had sent the full path report, along with blood sugar report in my first WA communication. If you check your WA messages you will still find it. I sent it by e-mail too. Will resend.

Since my first visit , the staff members and Drs have been very comforting , concerned and caring towards me . Messages and calls were responded timely and my concerns were attended promptly. A very homely feeling whenever I visited the clinic .

Most experienced Dr Duru shah was very help full ti me when I went to her clinic. This staff n atmosphere is excellent. I have got the actual doctor for whom I was looking since so long.

This place feels like the second home to me. From the receptionist to the doctors, they treat you like you were the most important in the world to them. Punctual. Value for money. Efficient. I run out of words Everytime I have to talk about Gynaecworld. I feel like asking every woman to visit this place to get her womanly concerns sorted. They listen, listen patiently and attentively. They answer your questions - silly, naive and annoying! And they have a wonderful solution to all the problems/concerns and worries one may have. I wish every best to Gynaecworld.
