Best Eye - Eye care center in Delhi - East, India

Visited the doctor for my 3 yr old kid. She has problem of vision in her left eye. Doctor performed some test which cost me Rs.13K. I do not know the name of the test but as a layman if I could explain it was some high resolution pictures of optic nerves. Till this point I do not have any problem with the doctor as It was the doctor's job to prescribe the best treatment. He had given me prescription for some medicines which are only made by a single manufacturer in Europe. Of course since it's such a rare medicine one wont find it in open market and you have to buy it from them only. Eventually not taken the medicine since I have my doubts. Visited 02 eye hospitals afterwards. Shown his reports to 02 different doctors and they were like why he performed these tests? Why he prescribed these medicine to a 03 yr. kid. For a parent I am less concerned about the lost money but why you are playing with health of a patient. If you are not sure you can simply refer me to someone else. Why are you giving irrelevant treatment & test for sake of making money.

This is the worst eye care clinic / business I have ever experienced in my life. My mother had hurt her eye there was some bleeding. It was 11 30pm late night I had limited choices so called them in this emergency Now these guys will insist You to fill the form first online.. (in emergency) where most of the people are not tech savvy and considering a person who can't see at that point has to go online and fill a form first.. Well we reached there after filling the form this nurse / female doctor / whatever (I will tell you why I called her whatever) comes and allowed us to enter inside .. Made us sit Opened her laptop Did not check the eye bleeding and started asking patient who is in pain Your name Checked her spelling thrice because there is a loud sound of the TV which was showing ads of their own clinic where not a single patient is sitting. In that noise she asked my mother her age address Remember we had filled the form already and there is bleeding. Finally she asked if my mother is working or is a house wife.. what is it with the bleeding ? And I lost my temper and she lost it too. Finally after her stupid examination she asked 2000 rupees where ofcourse 5 bhi mangi to deta us time. We entered the clinic a doctor was sitting in this dark room asked my mother to sit in front of a machine with no help or guidance did a scan where he said there is some issue ( we know that already) Did a vision test and when asked his analysis.. he said she was unable to read last 1.5 lines What does it conclude? Out of 5 out 10 out 100.. at the age of 56 she was not able to read 1 line it's his responsibility to explain that 5 percent of the lines (1out of 20) were not read properly. Anyway he used so many technical jargon and tried to scare us with so many endless possibilities to sell his stupid idea of 3d eye test When asked if it is chargeable then a rude answer came Immediately OFCOURSE. We just took the prescription when he was handing it over to me he said Aman whatever you are take this. Can you imagine? Finally that stupid lady showed us the way out did not open that hard iron sliding grill. I had to open it on my own as she had already shut the reception door on my face and went inside her house. Worst experience of my life. Will never ever recommend this person to anyone. As doctors I still have to figure out with the second opinion but as humans or business people they are the worst. I wish they get to taste their own medicine where no one should entertain them at the time of their emergency but insists them to fill a stupid online form first

Worst Doctor and clinic i have ever visited, Clinic is very stranged fitted with 7-8 hidden camera. Doctor talk with rude . Medicines he prescribed and want to sell his own, i said i will buy from Outside pharmacy will this wl be available and he replied that for sure but I checked with 7-8 pharmacy and it was not available then i called and asked if you can tell me salt so i can ask Pharmacy but they said everything written otherwise come again and buy from us. Worst experience I never wrote anything like this about any doctor but NEVER GO THERE

I visited the Dr for eye checkup as I was facing eye dryness and pain with prolonged exposure to mobile/ laptop screens. The dr did a checkup and prescribed some eyedrops that only he procures and stocks. After enquiring at some 10 pharmacies both online and offline I could not get those medicines. Upon asking the doctor again if he could provide alternate ones that I can get easily I was told to buy it from him only. I had to visit another doctor to show my condition and get alternate medicines which can be easily procured at any pharmacy. PS : I have seen similar reviews by others as well, so please be wary before you visit

This is the worst eye hospital. I would never recommend this to any one. I have redness in my eyes. They told me we have a machine which is not even there in Aiims. Doctor is doing business here. They informed I need to get done two tests. They did four and charged 5,000/- . I got sacred, he also told me in long term I can might loose my vision, which was again a lie. I am getting my treatment done from AIIMS. I would definitely say if you can take out time, please go there. This hospital is nothing but business.

Money making Machine. They are not worried about patients. They just want money money money . Worse doctor.

The Dr prescribes medicines that only he procures and stocks. After asking at 10 pharmacies I had to ask him to give alternate medicines but he refused. I had to show other Dr to get medicines that can be procured easily. PS : The compounder / receptionist / Other Dr at the clinic is quite rude

best eye treatment received here for myself and my family members moreover i was reading a review where some one mentioned about medicine prescription , I want to clear and highlight that all prescriptions given here or else where are typed with chemical salt name of the medicine so if some one do not get same brand name then he can easily take other brand name which is available in the market . Clear intension of some reviewer for giving one star due to above cause is with some other motives.
