We tried out mutton roast with paratha.The mutton roast was very good. The onions were very well caramalized and was sweet. The veg curry and pulav were ok. Overall good food at decent price.The service was bit slow as it took time for them to prepare the dishes.

Had to wait more that 45 minutes for puffs and a sandwich and the worst part is that they were stale and cold. Puffs were old and the oil content was sticking to the upper inside of my mouth. Really disappointed so therefore such a review. Previously I had better experience. Hoping they would improve their service and would provide fresh and hot food. Funny part is when u see the bill, each item on single- single slip....

This is a gem of a bakery located in the heart of Puthupally town ...it has a restaurant also connected with it ...there is ample parking space for offer ...this is a traditional establishment which can boast about almost 4 decades of experience still staying relevant at such a competitive place for bakery shows the value it brings to the table ...we had a pleasant shopping experience here and I would recommend it to someone who wants to do bakery shopping

Bad experience with the service. Booked breakfast for 40 during a journey to kumarakam on 24-10-23(today). During booking said will arrange a space for all together. End of BF, additional bill came for hall Rs. 2000/-.which never said any time during conversation. Per head BF only cost Rs. 69/-. Sitting charge Rs. 50/- per head. No table only plastic chairs. TC, dealing with such places.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Purchased for more than Rs 3500. Asked for a small discount to make it as a round figure. Instead of explaining their policy in a pleasant manner, the cashier arrogantly said they had enough customers & didn't have to do anything extra to attract customers.

The food is really good. Biryani, bakery items , all are good. But I cannot say the same about the service. Sat there for more than 15 minutes, not a single person came to ask for order. The staff was more focussed towards large family groups for order throughout. Disappointed and just went back without having any breakfast. Rated 4 for the food as I have been a customer of this bakery from years and can vouch for their food taste and quality.

Very good parking space, good staffs and food is good at fairly reasonable price. This place is opposite to Cross tower toward Manarcaud on the right hand side. 10-15 cars can be parked and peaceful.
