Firstly I was given option to choose from south and north east, I had requested for south but I was given a north east therapist. Half of the time she was convincing me to take up the package, this place was not very clean and hygiene. There were no tissues, no shower rooms, unlike other places here they said they charge 18% for credit card payment, I work for one of the payment provider none of the credit card company charges 18% to their merchants not even 5%. Post massage service was so pathetic. I have been to many places never had such experience. This being in Cunningham road I expected higher standards but I wasn't very satisfied with the service and the experience I had.
Massage was good and therapist was skill. But she was desperate for money.
Avoid Nikki if you can as her attitude is bad and take Anna if she's available. Rest, I haven't tried but this place needs makeover big time.
Worst spa ever... Not to go waste of time and money
I visited the Spa at Cunningham Road, Bangalore for a body massage and was exceedingly happy with the service and the ambience at the venue. One therapist in particular, Nadia, is an accomplished and an experienced therapist. I would definitely recommend this Spa Center at Cunningham Road. The therapist have been very professional in their approach with strict discipline.

Place looks very shabby as some construction works are going on. Rooms looks very cheap and so are the bathrooms. Massage was just ok (Nadia was the masseuse). Not a place to visit again. There are better spas in Bangalore
